Peggy and Archie

Archie and Peggy are involved in a relationship again. I'll let your imagination take over so I won't vomit on my screen. They are trying to keep their relationship hush-hush. Pat figures it out and is horrified. Peggy seems to be enjoying the cloak and dagger. Why can't they find Peggy an attractive man for once? This storyline doesn't work for me because it doesn't make sense to the character. Eventually Peggy decides not to see Archie anymore but the predictable public argument happens which Janine overhears.
